I can't say enough about the quality of service and level of commitment Tad gave us when we were looking for our house here in Phoenix.  We were planning a cross country move(my first experience moving out of my hometown of Rochester Ny) and had 4 days to find a home.  We gave him the price range, floor plan and ammenities that we desired and he only showed us houses that met our criteria.  We looked at close to 30 houses that long weekend but in the end he found us our Dream Home!!  Not only did Tad give us great service with our new home here, he gave us some great tips on selling our home in Ny that resulted in a purchase offer within 2 weeks of making his recommended changes!!  I would highly recommend Tad Olsowsky if you are considering Buying or Selling your next or current home.

When we learned about Tad Olsowsky, we had another Real Estate Agent who was not sending us any information about available houses.  Living in New York, we needed information, including drive-bys or previews to see if a place truly was what we would be interested in.  When we asked Tad to be our Realtor, he sent us many listings, trying to find a match for what we wanted.  He previewed homes for us and provided us with information about the neighborhood and whether or not it would meet our wish list.  Our New York expectations didn't always match Arizona Real Estate, but Tad kept trying until he found that property that seemed to be the one that we would be happy with.  We came down from New York for a 3 day visit and saw many homes, one of which was a perfect match for us.  We have been very grateful for our home and appreciate Tad's willingness to work with us to find us our Arizona home.
